CHANGE - Ebay is always changing the way they do things. The way to make $$$ is to re-look at your profit/inventory & constantly consider how to turn a bigger profit. When ebay changes, you need to too. Do the Math!
NETWORKING & TRAFFIC - there are may FREE sites you can put your store on. Make sure you inter-connect them ALL back to your store. IE Linkrefferal, Bigcrumbs, Twitter, Facebook, Blogs etc etc.
FEEDBACK - when your giving feedback, put your store name in CAPS (MARKETPLACE BOUTIQUE) this will help buyers find you again easy. Feedback also shows up on RSS, make sure you have your RSS turned ON.
KEEP COSTS DOWN - & pass it on! Im always considering cheaper ways to do business. How can I get my product cheaper? Get a DIGITAL SCALE & have USPS or other pickups at your business. Its cheaper to buy postage ONLINE & your not wasting your gas driving there. Buying something big??? Ask them to wrap it in BUBBLE WRAP:) Buying something breakable??? Ask them to please WRAP your items. WRAP & RE-USE. Ship mailers can be found on Ebay super cheap & I usually buy mine there.
